30. I almost gave up on love… then a stranger took me to Paris

I met my husband on LinkedIn & married him 15 months later
I was honestly so tired of medicore men on dates. I was starting to think I'd never meet my person, breakups with unaligned men hurt. Then on a random weekday, sitting by a pool in Arizona, I did something crazy that changed my entire life.
I messaged a complete stranger on LinkedIn.
What started as asking for London restaurant recommendations turned into the most beautiful, movie-like love story I never saw coming. We went from strangers to engaged in 10 months, and now I'm sitting in a hotel room in Bangkok with my husband working on our app together.
The day before I met him, I had absolutely no idea my life was about to completely change. I thought I was just going to London alone to meet my assistant. Instead, I met the man I'd marry.
